CMNN are very sorry to report that Britain's road users are falling into disrepair. By 2010 it has been estimated that no fewer than 98% of road users will be either thick, female, American or all three.
This evening on the way to the CMNN offices, I took the same route as a car who's driver was so badly hit by rising petrol prices that they couldn't even afford indicators! It's easy to fall into the trap of road-rage but I whole heartedly blame the Government for the fact that on several occasions I almost collided with them in a battle of confusion.
A good proportion of drivers I encounter are inflicted with a much greater financial burden and have never even been able to see, let alone buy a copy of the Highway Code.
When will the DVLA learn and produce an affordable version that fits right into your glove box?
